Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP has provided legal counsel to individuals and businesses for more than sixty years. The firm was founded in 1944 by Milton R. Abrahams and Ben E. Kaslow in Omaha, Nebraska.

We know our clients come to us so that their matters are handled expertly and with a view to maximizing potential gains and, when necessary, minimizing potential losses. Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP prides itself on providing the highest quality legal service in the most efficient and cost effective manner. We watch our costs just as closely as our clients watch theirs so that we can keep our rates reasonable.

A variety of fee arrangements are possible and negotiated with clients. In most situations, our fees are based upon the hourly rates of our professionals. Other possibilities involve fixed fees, contingent fees, or other combinations which may be mutually beneficial to us and our clients.

Our offices are fully automated for efficient delivery of legal services. The firm has networked computers for each professional and staff member, e-mail and voice mail capabilities, and communications systems to allow clients and attorneys to communicate with the firm via modem. Our library includes a large variety of CD-ROM materials to allow our professionals to perform legal research more efficiently. The document production, communication and research systems all reflect our commitment to maintaining the most up-to-date technology possible to serve clients in the Twenty-First Century.
